"Everything I needed was out of stock"
I was frustrated trying to shop here. I had a whole list of nail supplies ready to order, but half the stuff I wanted was out of stock. I checked back a few times thinking maybe it would update, but nothing really changed. What made it more annoying was that there wasn’t any clear info on what to do next, like whether I should wait, sign up for restock alerts, or just forget about it. It’s hard to place an order when you can’t actually get what you need. Not worth the hassle for me

"Checkout didn’t meet my basic standard"
I tried ordering from nailwholesale.com, but the checkout process was frustrating. My cart total changed after I entered my address, and then the payment page froze on me twice. I’m careful about where I put my card info, so once that started happening, it just didn’t sit right with me.
I also couldn’t clearly see the full shipping cost until the very end, which is something I personally expect to be upfront. The products might be totally fine, but the checkout experience felt messy enough that I ended up ordering somewhere else instead.

Everything seems legit to me!!! The products look real, arrived fine, and I haven’t had any issues yet... so yeah, I’m happy enough with it!!

I had an issue with my order and their support team was really helpful. They got back to me fairly quickly and sorted everything out without any hassle. It took a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Packed well and arrived fine"
My order showed up packed really well. The boxes weren't crushed or anything, and everything inside was safe. One little bottle had some dust on it, well, not a lot, just a bit — but there were no leaks or broken items. Overall, I'm happy with how it was packaged.

"I was really looking forward to finding..."
I was really looking forward to finding some cute nail stuff, but the selection felt a bit limited. A few of the colors and items I had my eye on were either missing or out of stock, so I wasn’t totally sure if I was just shopping at the wrong time or if that’s normal. Kind of disappointing, honestly. I’d feel better coming back if there were more options available.

"Getting my refund was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried returning a few items and it turned into a whole ordeal. I think I sent the first email sometime around the start of the month, or maybe late last month, and it took forever to get a reply. They told me the refund would come by a certain day, but that day came and went, and I still had to follow up again. Maybe I’m off by a couple days, but it definitely dragged on way longer than expected. Just not worth the hassle for me

"Shipping cost was way too high"
The items themselves looked fine, but the shipping charge at checkout was ridiculous. It was almost as much as the actual order, which made me feel ripped off. I also wasn’t clear on what I was supposed to do next — like whether there was another shipping option, a way to check the cost earlier, or if I should just cancel and start over. Really frustrating experience.

"Shipping was way slower than I expected"
I ordered from nailwholesale.com thinking it would show up quickly, or at least within a normal timeframe, but wow, the shipping took forever. I kept checking for updates and there really wasn’t much to go on, which made it even more frustrating because I had no idea what was happening with my order. By the time it finally moved along, I was already over it. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Prices are fair"
I picked up a few gel colors and some bits, and they were definitely cheaper than what I usually pay at my local shop. Shipping was okay, not super fast but not terrible either. Overall, I feel like the value is good. Has anyone else noticed the shipping being a little slow?

"Pretty good stuff for the price"
I grabbed a few gel polishes and some nail tips from nailwholesale.com, most of it was better than I expected. The colors were close to the pictures, and the tips feel solid, not flimsy or cheap. One of the polishes was a little thicker than I usually like, but it still worked fine. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’d definitely order again.

"Colors were nothing like what I ordered"
I ordered what were supposed to be pink shades, but what showed up looked more like dull orange. It was disappointing, and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next since the return or exchange steps weren’t very clear
